Terms of Service

Dentora AI provides clinical decision-support and workflow automation tools for dental practices. You are responsible for maintaining valid licensure and for all clinical decisions.

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.

Dentora AI outputs, including imaging findings, notes, and claims, are drafts intended for review by a licensed clinician.

Dentora AI does not practice medicine or dentistry and does not replace professional judgment. A qualified provider must review and approve all AI-assisted outputs before use.

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected security incident.

Fees are billed per active provider on a monthly or annual basis as described in your order or plan.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable and exclude applicable taxes.

Our processing of protected health information is governed by the Business Associate Agreement between Dentora AI and your practice.

You represent that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents to provide data to Dentora AI.

Dentora AI and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, and related materials.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Dentora AI a limited license to process it to provide the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dentora AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate as described in the applicable order. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

We may update these Terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
